Has anybody heard about Westway Holdings Ltd asset backed property bond being a scam ?

Last “promise” was that we would be contacted in September. I’ve not heard anything from these scoundrels.
Just received this:-
Dear Mr Tyldesley
I am writing to firstly apologise for the time it is taking to settle and redeem your outstanding investments. I have given dates for payments which have slipped on every occasion for several reasons and changes in circumstances.
I have advised in good faith with the time frames we believed this process would be carried out in, but we have had to and are still overcoming obstacles daily to facilitate monies being returned to you. Again, I truly am sorry for the prolonged delays.
The first tranche of money from the secured facility has now been released to us and clients will start seeing their investments and interest due, back in their accounts from the beginning of next week.
Thank you again for your continued patience and I hope you are keeping well in these testing times.

Westway Holdings were to pay us at the end of March then the end of April, todate nothing so I have contacted Action Fraud
Has any body got there investment back today 30 april 2020
Hello … I too have a property bond with them. All interest payments were on time etc. BUT the promised pay back has not occurred. Been given 4 date deadlines
Is there mileage in all the defrauded bond holders with unreturned monies forming a syndicate, and taking action together?
