Hi. has anyone invested in the car park investments with Park First? Has anyone been paid the promised returns of 16%?
Investor 35, my dad has park first car parking spaces and has just been contacted by a company in Dubai Hershow Escrow wanting to buy but he has to pay out 8.5k first thankfully he asked me to scan some docs for him and I found out what he was doing so managed to stop it and have now found out about these car parking spaces he owns they look like a scam from what I have read in 5mins of looking and he had no idea!! I feel so sorry for him all his life savings have gone on these. So i have said I would try and help him find out some info about it as hes 80 now and gets confused with things! He has 1 space in Glasgow and 2 in London and he signed this lifetime contract they sent out about a year ago. What does this mean does anyone know? I’m yet to delve into the paperwork but will when I get a mo if anyone can give me any advice where to start would be grateful.
