I bought a space at Mac Dowell Street Glasgow now closed.The solicitors were JWK for the title and land registry.I cannot confirm if the space is actually registered .The land registry shows 11 numbers for the site it may have been a group register.I contacted them but as yet no reply .I wonder is there a recourse if it is proved there were at fault .
