Residential – London 5% Yield or outside London with 8% Yield and in
excellent condition. Or much higher yield
requiring small repairs. Also, old age homes are of interest. From
£60,000 up to relevant limit
Commercial (all types) – 10 year lease, FRI from 6% Yield. From
£600K up to £50M (or lower)
Not too keen on HMOs unless in London or long lease, also not
interested in social housing.
Anything else solid would be considered.
