I am in a similar position but I opted for the 5 year term and still have 2 years to go . Difficult as they are in Germany to undertake a costly legal case . I hope a group can be formed which would be cheaper .The company has changed name since march to German Property Group .This could be to avoid repayments .

I have not joined the whatsapp group but I did receive contact from a German lawyer seems like a rather dodgy ambulance chaser .
